Pending Sale Orders Report

This report shows pending sale orders. A sale order is classed as pending if the order has been authorised but it does not yet have an authorised pick. Use this report to see item quantities required per customer, per sale order, per sales rep. and more.


Prerequisite:


Data from this report can be exported in Excel, PDF or RTF format. 


Input:

Time PeriodAllow user to select the time period from a list of options are set custom a custom date range.
CurrencyAllow user to select currency to be used in the report
LayoutSet to the Default layout. Allows selection of saved layouts, if any. 
Save Layout AsAllows saving of a layout for potential future use.
Reset LayoutResets layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.


Select Apply Filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing DEAR Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.

Order #Sale Order Number identifying the sale.
CustomerCustomer name.
Sales RepresentativeCompany sales representative responsible for the sale.
SKUProduct SKU.
ProductThe name of the product.
UnitProduct unit of measure.
Quantity RequiredOrdered quantity.
DateDate of sale order.
YearYear of sale order date.
QuarterQuarter of sale order date.
MonthMonth of sale order date.
LocationLocation this sale will be dispatched from.
CategoryProduct category.
BrandProduct brand.
Product TagsComma-separated product tags.
FamilyProduct family name.
Customer TagsComma-separated customer tags.
CurrencyCurrency code this sale is created in.
Customer ReferenceCustomer reference from sale document header. 
Ship byRequired by date from sale document header.
Product Additional Attribute 1-10Values of product additional attributes.
Customer Additional Attribute 1-10Values of customer additional attributes.
Data Headers
Quantity RequiredTotal quantity of product required for the sale order


NOTE: If you have added an Additional Attribute set to your sale process, the attributes will appear as additional report fields.
