Basic troubleshooting steps

Some issues can be resolved with basic troubleshooting steps. If you are experiencing a problem, we recommend first trying the following options:

  1. Clear your browser's cache
  2. Log off, then log on again to DEAR
  3. Try loading DEAR in a private window or different browser
