Leads

A lead can be defined as the first stage of the sales process. It represents an individual or organisation who has shown interest in buying a service or a product, but is not yet certain if they wish to continue. Leads can then be converted to customers in DEAR, inheriting the information from the lead. View your leads in list or kanban board format.

See Leads for more information.

Opportunities

An Opportunity is defined as a sales prospect, requested service or product. An opportunity can be a possibility of converting a lead to a possible customer or a winning a new sales opportunity from an existing customer. Opportunities can be converted to sale quotes or sale orders if the lead or customer chooses to proceed. View your opportunities in list or kanban board format.

See Opportunities for more information.

Tasks

The Tasks list allows a user to see an overview of all his or her assigned tasks. Those with the Can See All Tasks permission will be able to see the tasks of all users within the organisation. Other task permissions control whether a user can assign tasks, be assigned a task, create, reschedule, reassign, and approve tasks. Tasks can be viewed in list or in calendar form. The tasks lists allows the user to perform actions such as moving deadlines or changing assignee for multiple tasks at once.

See Tasks for more information.
