Ability to mark products as "Discontinued"

A way to mark products as "Discontinued" while remaining stock is continuing to sell down.  Something between Active and Deprecated.  but preferably by location. Discontinued items would not be available for purchase orders, and would not come up in forecasting that triggers reorders.
