Discount % in B2B

Feature request on behalf Rhys Bennett at Waypoint.
When orders are being placed on B2B Portal against carts with Deals applied they are coming through as fixed values and not showing the percentage discount at all. Resulting in the outputted invoice template displaying no value in the discount percentage column.
Any fix for this?
