Improvements to sync of Credit Notes and Returns from Shopify

Hi Team,

With refunds and restocks from Shopify, there are often occasions where they stay as pending sync, if the relevant sale has not yet been invoiced or shipped in Core at the time these refunds/ returns sync.

If would great if you could introduce a facility for the system to attempt multiple retries for these refunds and returns, so that they will automatically sync to Core when ever the fulfilment and invoicing for the relevant sale is completed in Core.
