B2B option to remove customer choosing single or multiple deliveries with backordered items.

In our operations when we receive orders for backordered items we always split the order and deliver what we can and wait to deliver the rest later. 

The checkout option for a customer to choose whether they want a single or multiple deliveries often confuses customers because they don't really have that choice. 

Could we make it an option to show or hide the single/multiple delivery options for each B2B portal?
