Transfer Reorder Functionality

Could we have a function that behaves exactly like Purchase Reorder but for stock transfers between locations?

Quite simply, we need Minimum Before Reorder to act as a threshold: if stock is above this threshold, do not reorder. If stock is below this threshold, reorder the quantity specified.

I'm hoping this is a simple extension of what's already there?
