Improve CRM Functionality

Please add the following functionality to CRM. These functions are available in Quotes, so i cant see why they cant be available in CRM/ Opportunities/ Leads - 

• Allow me to add attachments drawn from Product data to an Opportunity - i keep product images and product data sheets in each of my product SKU files, which i send to customers each time i do a quote. However CRM will not allow me to attach these files directly from Product file.
• Allow me to add Customer Attributes to a lead - currently i cannot add these attributes to a Lead, but i can add them to a customer. I rely on Customer Attributes for segmenting my customer groups, which means this information is not present if a Lead is converted to a customer and i have to remember to add it manually
