For products which are weighed at the Register, it would be ideal if there was a mechanism such as providing a toggle switch to immediately bring up the quantity editing screen when scanned.

The current process involves two unnecessary steps after the product has been scanned in:

Adding a simple toggle on a product level or even within POS where selected products will prompt to edit quantity immediately when scanned can help cut back on a lot of wasted time.
