Custom Reports - availability of ALL fields

The need for the user to be able to produce a truly "Custom Report" is an absolutely necessary requirement in accurate reporting and a change across the board in DEAR Reporting that is long overdue. Making a current report customisable is completely insufficient.  The data that we pass through DEAR should be able to be analysed and assessed in many ways — currently, we are constricted to pre-constructed reports. For example, there are many instances where no one report seems to produce two necessary pieces of information which are available in the relevant module in the database. 

A Custom Report should have ALL fields available from a data-set.
