Be able to add a Sales Order date

Now you create a quote with a date, then if time passes and you receive the order from the customer, and you create the sales order form the original quote. The sales order reflects the quote date. This is not accurate and more if you quote in December and the order comes in January of next year.

It would be beneficial to know exactly when the order from the customer is placed. Now we do not have a way to know that information. Also to know how many days it took to ship, or from quote to sales order, etc.
