Automatic Email Order Confirmations for B2B Customers
Customers should receive an automatic email confirmation when they place orders through the B2B portal
We sometimes have to make changes to their orders, so it would be incredibly helpful to the customer if they can reference what they originally ordered. Sometimes, the customer makes an ordering mistake - so it would be helpful for them to receive an email to double check their order
Along with this, if changes are made to the sales order from the back end of DEAR, it would be amazing if we had the option to notify customers of this change via email. I envision a box popping up after we save changes to notify the customer or not notify the customer of the changes we made to their sales order
