1. Bug: project manager is wrong name by default

In a new Job, the project manager by default always picks the first name in alphabetical order out of the list of names by default

2. Project manager names list should include a text filter

Right now it is just a list of company contacts that the user has to scroll through to select a name. In a larger organisation this could be a very cumbersome process.

3. (Priority) Need for Audit Log on Jobs feature

There is no Logs tab unlike every other feature in DEAR. We are not able to know who edited what and when for a given job. This makes traceability and transparency very difficult
