Cancel Backorders by customer

We have a couple of customers who won't except backorders and it would be really handy to have the option per customer to switch off the option to create back orders. We are currently using woocommerce and orders are automatically authorised. I know Dear can update the inventory in woocommerce but most of our customers are happy to wait 3/4 days. We just have a couple that won't wait.
