Option to set a fixed (manual) FX rate system wide vs. floating FX rate

It would be greatly beneficial if DEAR had the option to set a manual system-wide exchange rate for organizations that hedge currency and do not want to have a constantly floating exchange rate. This option was available in other ERP systems as well as TradeGecko/Quickbooks Commerce. Can this be implemented as an option for DEAR?
