report for the "Additional Charges and Services"

Sales person add shipping charges as the "Additional Charges and Services". For example, the shipping charge for OR-08777 is $47.89. I want to export a report in excel format for caculation. And I try to check them from Reports, but it seems no such reports. Please advise if it is possible to get all the shipping charges for each order.
