Generate historical on-hand on ALL inventory items, not just ones with movements.

The "Inventory Movement Summary" report is very helpful, in part because it shows on hand quantities at the end of a specified period. 

It would be great to have a new report that includes all items' OH quantities, or expand this report to show all items' OH quantities at a specified point in time.
