PoS - Changing Loyalty Points Ratio per customer

We have different levels of rewards per customer and we propose to use PoS as a way to delivers loyalty points per customer level. That would mean adding a "Loyalty Ratio" field in the customer in PoS. (see screen shot)

For example: 

Here we indicate the loyalty ratio of the customer.

For example, somebody could setup the following loyalty system:

Bronze Customer level: 1% loyalty points

Silver Customer level: 2% loyalty points

Gold Customer level: 3% loyalty points

Platinum Customer level 5% loyalty points

This way we all can have more flexibility in the use of Loyalty points. It's already possible to change the ratio of loyalty points per Catalog Item, it would be great that we could do it per customer.
