Manage product exchanges from Shopify

Currently product exchanges in Shopify are not synced to Dear.
Please would you consider implementing the full functionality so that Shopify can maintain a full trial of activity on each order.
A product should be retuned, return shipping considered, a new product should be issued as an exchange and any difference in payment considered. This is possible in Shopify and this should be represented in Dear.
I agree that this would be extremely beneficial.
The fact that Shopify POS Exchanges work perfectly yet they cant replicated it for online order exchanges is bizzare.
This needs to be implemented.
