Availability report - show sales order totals for each sku

Hi there, 

It would be really handy to be able to see the total number from the sales orders on this report. Currently you have Total on order for in house production but it would handy to have a total “on sale order” column that could be toggled on or off. This will make the report much more powerful and user friendly as it means it would give a high level snap shot of what happening or needs to happen.
