Include Picker and Packer information in the API

Posting on behalf of a customer:

We would like to have the packer information integrated into the API information. At the moment, we can only see this information in the log and we need the information to match our shipping label 

We want to know the picker and packer information when I request the API https://dearinventory.docs.apiary.io/#reference/sale/sale

now it returns the sale model, in the fulfillment field, there are Pick and Pack fields

For example, When the sale's pick is authorized, the Pick field displays the Status, and Lines fields, we want to add the picker's information here (maybe Email or account id), so that we can recognize who picked this sale via API.

When the sale' pack is authorized, the Pack field displays the Status, and Lines fields, we want to add the packer's information here as well
