Dear POS - Remove/disable payment buttons on sales screen

Problem:

Lay-by payment is not used but payment button cannot be removed and still remains visible to POS user. This sometimes causes confusion as this button is still clicklable

Proposed solution:

Ability to disable lay-by payment option and button on pay screen and any other default payment button. A similar functionality exists by disabling the 'can sell on account' user permission
