barcode on picking slips to replace so number

Morning,

We would love to have a barcode to replace the sales order number on picking slips.

This would save so much time not having to type order numbers into the scanners.

Thank you very Much i have tried many times but for some reason i am not able to get it to work.

i have asked Dear support many times and they have said its not possible.
