Unapproved transaction can be modified even user closed the account period

dear team 

currenlty, if user closed the accouting period, user even can't delete the unapproved purchase receipt document. 

i think dear system should allow user to delete the unapproved document, since the unapproved document do not impact the stock cost and finance value. 

please consider it.
