Auto Complete - Preventable Error
We have identified an issue where id Auto complete button is not pressed during a production run then no materials and therefore no costs are allocated. - However the run can be completed and goods used / sold. This does not make sense?
- Is there an instance where you would not use auto consume or manually select the materials to use?
- Assuming the answer to 1 is No (and I stand to be corrected on this) then the system should not allow you to continue.
As it currently stands the system falls down on maintaining Inventory, traceability and costs as a result of a single operator error can be easily prevented.
