Selling & Returning Serialised Items from the POS
Hi,
There are two major problems here which are:
A) When selling more than 1 of the same serial number from the POS, only 1 serial number is being printed on the receipt
B) When doing a return from the POS on a serialised item where more than 1 have been purchased, the system is NOT asking which serial number is being returned
These two are a major issue when clients are selling & returning items which are serialised.
