CRM - Lead source field & Reporting

Hi Support,
With the CRM can you add a new field for the lead source. This is a additional layer of reporting for most customers to see the effectiveness of their ad campaigns, website, facebook etc.
Also, can you include CRM based reporting, conversion rate, leads by lead source etc
Just to make my case, You cant add additional attributes to the CRM module.
Having said that, I think lead source should be core functionality. And the user should be given access to add their own lead sources to a list to be utilised.
