B2B Portal: Checkout page - ' There is no shipping allowed for selected destination address'

If a product does not have the weight and dimensions set and it is available for purchase in the store, the shipping method section says that there is no shipping allowed to this destination, however you can continue placing the order without an issue. This means clients will skip paying for any shipping costs and the business selling the product will have no idea of this issue. It would be great if the system didn't allow customers to continue placing the order and alerted the admins to avoid loss of revenue.
