- Would like notifcations for paypalpay completion that appear in the bell icon in DEAR. We’ve had trouble were customers made the deposit on the sales quote but no one saw a notification so we delayed shipment as a result
- Payment / invoices are not synching in a convenient way with QBO when zero balance invoices that were generated and prepaid with a customer deposit during the quote phase. This issue doesn’t occur when the invoice is outstanding, synchronized, then the paypalpay link is used to apply payment. In the latter case everything synchs up in QBO and life is easy but for some customers we need to collect before shipping.
