GAIN REVIEWS - Automated process for collecting reviews
It would be a great feature if DEAR could implement an automated process for sending emails to customers after delivery of the purchased goods to request reviews either on Google, Facebook or the Onlineshop itself.
Is anyone else interested in this kind of feature? Maybe we can make it work :)
Love the idea of collecting reviews after customer purchases.. but personally I wouldn't expect my Inventory software to have this capability; usually the E-commerce store would manage this.
But you could easily add a review link in your invoice email template :)
