When sending emails from DEAR, ability to add company contacts to TO and CC lines.

When sending emails from DEAR, ability to add company contacts to TO and CC lines.  When clicking the + next to the TO or CC lines, the list should include all internal company contacts, as set-up in Settings > Reference Books > Company Contacts.  The ability to do this could be a setting in General Settings.  Mailing Lists may also make sense for this, too.
