ebay - Error getting orders

" Error getting orders:Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

hi everyone..

anyone have the same issue?

we have 2 ebay accounts connected to dear and both throw this error when trying to get orders manually.

automatically orders DONT get imported either like they are supposed to.

any one that can help please!
