Hi All,

When signing into a scanner we are having a time out issue.

we have 4 scanners 2 can connect other 2 guns cant connect.

we have rebooted the scanners that are not working tried different log ins.

we have also tried different Wi-Fi connections anyone have any ideas.

Are all of these the same type of scanners? Please mention the brand and model number.
