Manage orders from a sales team
We have a national sales team that receives scanned pdf orders. Currently they email these orders to our accounts department who then create invoices in DEAR.
This causes an issue as that orders in the inbox can be missed and it also makes it time consuming to find a PO relating to an invoice as we need to search the mailbox.
Is it possible for our sales team to upload the order into DEAR this would make it easier for our accounts department to manage incoming orders and also to reference an invoice back to an order if needed.
