To improve the "Add a serial Number" validation when a serial number is not found in DEAR POS
We require a way to prevent DEAR POS from allowing users to add a serial number when the serial is not found.
Although the system prompts you, and informs you that the serial number does not exist, it still lets you proceed. I understand this behaviour may make sense in some cases but I am sure in other scenarios like ours it does not. I would therefore suggest a configuration in DEAR POS which would give a blocking error instead of a warning. This should be configurable at least at Register level and ideally at User level too.
To elaborate on the issue it is causing... each time a wrong serial number is being added, the sale remains unfulfilled and we have to do a serialized stock take of that part number.
