All SO expenses listed on reports
We were shocked to discover that Sale by Product Sale report dismisses any expenses that are not official "Services" listed with the Product list. There are many incidents where expenses are added to SOs but we do not wish to add a new Service for each and grow a huge list of one-of services. However, doing an analysis based upon the Sale by Product Sale is erroneous because it only lists expenses that are listed in the products list. Why? Expenses are expenses, and need to be listed on reports.
Please either fix reports to include all expenses, make it optional, or create other reports that list everything. Luckily we have Xero for accounting and can do some real reports for analysis.
