Item type consistency between QBO and DEAR

At the moment all items in QBO, regardless of their type, are synched as "Stock" items in DEAR. That is a problem, not only because of maintenance and consistency reasons between the two systems, but also because the configuration needed for the different types of items is different. For example, "Non-Inventory" items can have an Expense Account associated to them, but if the item is created as "Stock" (that has no Expense Account option in DEAR) the Account synchronization fails.
