Support Team and Forums.
When I log a request for support the Support Team are always spot on with a timely answer despite the fact that I'm living across the other side of the world in a different time zone..
But there seems to be little to no support feedback in these forums.
There's quite a lot of really great idea's and tweaks being posted that would make Dear's usability increase dramatically but no one is getting any feedback.
An occasional, "we're looking into this..." or "this can't be done because.." would be extremely helpful.
