It would be very valuable if DEAR offered comprehensive documentation on integration, allowing its customers to be better informed and potentially make less errors.
For example. my company uses DEAR, Shopify, Shipstation and Xero with the other solutions integrating with DEAR. I find it complex to find the correct settings to make all of these work together in a manner that is consistent with my sales process. When errors in integration configuration occur, it is quite complex and tedious to correct the problem(s).
The support team at DEAR does a great job solving problems, but it would be better to have the resources to figure these things out before disasters occur.
