DEAR allows integration with QuickBooks and Xero accounting systems, in case you already have either of these systems and do not want to use DEAR as your accounting system. For more information, see QuickBooks Online Integration and Xero Integration.

If you are transitioning from Quickbooks to Xero and vice-versa, and you already have one or the other accounting system integrated with DEAR, you may also switch at any time. For more information, see Switching DEAR to Another Accounting System.

If DEAR is integrated with either QuickBooks or Xero, and you want to shift to using DEAR for your accounting needs, you may disable the integration. Once the integration between DEAR and another accounting system is disabled, you can start using DEAR as your accounting system. For more information, see Disabling the Integration between DEAR and a Third-Party Accounting System.

NOTE: Changing from QuickBooks Online to Xero or vice versa requires a completely different DEAR Inventory Account. In addition, a complete data wipe is needed when 1) changing from one Xero account to another Xero account (or a QuickBooks Online account to another QuickBooks Online account) and 2) changing from Dear standalone to a QuickBooks Online or Xero account. For more information, contact DEAR customer support.
