API Stock Take & Stock Adjustments With Bin

The API for stock taking and for stock adjustments does not seem to support BIN locations.  There is no place in the data structures for NewStockLine Model to enter the BIN number of the product that is being adjusted or taken stock of.  This leads to confusing behavior and inaccuracies.  For example, when trying to adjust a quantity from 16 to 12 in a bin, it is instead created 12 MORE products with a blank bin.

Without this, we cannot use the API for any stock functions in locations where we are using BINs.
