Chinese Currency Denominations

The Chinese monetary system doesn't use the 0.01 denomination any longer.
The smallest currency denomination is 0.10:

This is an issue for the Chinese DEAR accounts as the taxation calculation does not allow for any rounding.

Please consider implementing this change so the DEAR China accounts can have more accurate accounting transactions.
