DEAR POS: Track cancelled transactions (audit trail)

Currently DEAR POS only captures and keeps transactions that are finalised. there is no audit trail of cancelled/voided sales.

This is quite a significant fraud risk. A cashier can very easily ring the transaction up - show the customer what to pay. The customer pays cash and the cashier just cancels the transaction and pocket's the cash once the customer is out the door. This risk increases when non-stock items are sold.
