Ability to Scan individual SKUs at packing that are used in auto assembly to create a bundle product
We have many products that we sell that can be made up from saleable products, therefore we want the warehouse to have the option of scanning the individual products at the point of packing so for example. Product A is make up of product B, C & D, currently you can only scan Product A at packing, but the guys pick product B, C & D which together make up product A, we want them to scan all 3 products so we are sure that the order is packed properly.
Hi Felicity, just today we have found out about the same issue. We are new to DEAR (3 months) and this is the first time we've tried in earnest to scan pick a 'parcel' type product with an assembly BOM of numerous other SKUs. Very disappointed that this feature isn't standard as it defeats the purpose of using a scanner to reduce pick errors.
If you or anyone else comes up with a solution we would be very interested.
