So it seems like the server has gone down a few times in the last few weeks. By the time support emails back, it seems like the system has been reset/fixed.
I think the first time had to do with the AWS issue (as we had the same problem with Xero and parts of our store.
It would be nice to have a status.dearsystems.com the way most cloud solutions providers do. Also would like to see reliability increased, as the current downtime comes 2 hours before our warehouse cutoff time after a busy weekend.
