Q: Some of my orders are not syncing between Handshake and DEAR. Even when I click the Refresh button, nothing happens. When I checked the logs on the DEAR Handshake Integration page, it shows the orders as pending. What's causing this issue?

A: If the logs on the DEAR Handshake Integration page show orders with Manually Processed status, this tells DEAR not to process these orders as these were manually processed beforehand and processing them again will create duplicates. If you want to process these orders again, delete their log entries, and then load them again into DEAR using Load Sales with the correct From date. This should resolve your problem.
