Shopify Refunds no longer flowing to Dear
Due to a change in Shopify ALL refunds in shopify in the ONLINE store now show as pending not matter what your balance is in your shopify account…
This means the NO refund payments are flowing to credit notes in Dear - meaning we are now having to do these manually.
This must be affecting all Shopify Integrations selling online - the only refunds on our store that are flowing through are ones on the Shopify POS as they are refunded immediately.
Could you relay this to your development team and work out how Dear are going to action this change at shopify so that the payments will flow through to the credit notes. This seems like an easy fix.
I am assuming other Shopify users have the same issues - started about Jan 2023
