Whatsapp / Live Chat Function on b2b

We do a lot of business over instant messaging services such as Whatsapp, it would be great to have Dear incorporate this into their b2b site so our clients can ask us questions and we can guide them through various offerings to cross sell and upsell. 

I cant believe that Dear have not thought of this nor implemented it sooner!
