Back Order Status Changing to Ordered When Stock is Booked in to Fulfil Orders
We are new to dear but our warehouse is missing shipping out Back Orders after the stock has been booked in.
Once the stock is booked in the Order status is still showing as Back Ordered so the warehouse ignore these orders, although their is stock now available to pick and fulfil these orders
Even being able to bulk change order status is the Sales tabs would be good so we can select orders and change the order status.
This is an ongoing issue for us too.
I wish the sales order header would show stock status for that order eg; 'Available' or 'Partially Available'. And then each line on the order should have stock availability status too - in a column or 'traffic light signal'
